Candidate profiles are shared with companies on the platform only when a match is made for a specific role. We do not sell your personal data. We may use trusted service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: we retain your data for as long as your account remains active.
  • Deleted accounts: data is retained for 30 days after deletion, then permanently purged from our systems.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Request portability of your data in a structured format.
