Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, replacements, and refunds work on HireLyf. It applies to companies that hire through the platform.

1. Per-Placement Billing

HireLyf charges a fee only when you successfully hire a candidate — ₹8,000 per placement on the Growth plan and ₹11,000 per placement on the Starter plan. There are no monthly subscription fees.

2. 90-Day Replacement Guarantee

Every placement is backed by a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate does not work out within the first 90 days, we will source a replacement candidate for the same role at no additional placement fee.

3. Conditions for a Free Replacement

A free replacement applies when, within 90 days of the agreed joining date:

  • The candidate does not join after accepting the offer.
  • The candidate voluntarily leaves the company.
  • The candidate is terminated for performance reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The guarantee does not apply, and fees are non-refundable, when:

  • The candidate voluntarily leaves after the 90-day period.
  • The separation is due to company restructuring, layoffs, or role elimination.
  • The company materially changed the role, location, or compensation after hiring.

5. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Email billing@hirelyf.in within 5 business days of the issue, including the placement details and the reason for the request. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

6. Refund Timeline

Where a monetary refund is approved (in place of a replacement), it will be processed within 15 business days of approval, to the original payment method.
