Terms of Service

• Candidates: graduates from the 2024–2027 batches of recognised Indian colleges, aged 18 or above.
• Companies: registered Indian businesses hiring for genuine roles.

• Provide accurate and truthful profile information.
• Complete assessments genuinely and independently.
• Not engage in cheating, impersonation, or use of external help during assessments.

• Post genuine job openings with accurate details.
• Use candidate data only for evaluating candidates for the posted role.
• Not misuse, resell, or redistribute candidate data.
• Pay applicable placement fees in accordance with these Terms.

HireLyf is a facilitator that connects candidates and companies. We are not an employer and do not create any employment relationship. We do not guarantee placement, hiring, or continued employment.

• Assessments are time-bound (approximately 10 minutes).
• No external help, collaboration, or reference material is permitted.
• Tab switching and loss of window focus are monitored and may flag an attempt.
• Flagged or fraudulent attempts may result in disqualification or account suspension.

Companies pay a fee per successful placement (₹11,000 on Starter, ₹8,000 on Growth, and custom pricing on Enterprise). Invoices are raised within 30 days of a confirmed placement and are payable as per the invoice terms.

All platform content, branding, assessment questions, and software are the property of HireLyf and may not be copied, reproduced, or reverse-engineered without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireLyf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, hiring decisions, or candidate performance. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Telangana. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation; if unresolved, they will be subject to the courts of Hyderabad.
